2023-03-07 - Seat Smart Repair

For some time my PMD driver's seat had a small hole in the side area. I have no idea where it came from. Possibly the damage occurred during a show.
Since the seat covers are now much more expensive and the replacement of the fabric by a saddler would probably not have been cheap, I decided to let a smart repair service try his luck first. Here, the fibers of the fabric are mixed in a repair kit to match the color and the hole is filled with it.
The result is great. The hole is no longer visible. You have to look very closely to see the spot. If you do not know it, the slightly "velvety" spot in the cover is not really noticeable. I am therefore very pleased with the result!
