2008-04-28 - Dashboard
Today, we mounted the dashboard with the electronics into the car again. Though some difficulties some months ago, it now fits into the car quite well. So it will be sent to the paint shop now.
Additionally, we laminated connectors for the dash electronics and a fuse box to the dashboard and mounted the TFT display for the bordcomputer.
Because the front speakers of the car are used by the bordcomputer now, we mounted additional speakers for the car stereo to the cars original dashboard. They will be covered by black cloth later, which will cover the original dashboard under the new dashboard.
