Today I got a new pair of new fenders with holes for the air extractors, that I got some weeks ago. They will replace my old fenders, which are in a quite bad condition.

Today, I got a my wireless keyboard for the boardcomputer (notebook in the trunk). It is very small and contains a touchpad for optimal control.

Today, I got my 10.4"-TFT-display, that I ordered quite cheap via eBay. It's only a panel without a housing - for direct installation into the dashboard. It has a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels.

Today, I was in Cologne to fetch my Dashboard and the new Gullwing from Chris Groeling (Project-KITT.de) who had fetched both together with his Dashboard from Knight Passions in the Netherlands.

Today I got a pair of new headlights from a 1991 Firebird. Because of the KR-frontnose, the old headlights did not really fit anymore, so I'll exchange them. The "Pontiac"-logo on the left headlight will be erased during the paintjob.

Today I got a pair of fender air extractors, that I bought at eBay some days ago. They will fit into new fenders, that I'll get very soon, too.

Today we installed a kit to comply with the "Euro 2"-standard. Additionally we changed the adjustment of the licenseplate from the right to the left side and finally installed the car stereo.

Today we took a look at the bottom side of the car. We changed the oil and one exhaust pipe had to be welded.

Today, I got my very good looking "KNIGHT"-licenseplate including "May 1982" registration stickers. I bought it at eBay.com just 5 days ago. It is made of stamped metal.

Today, I registered the car for Germany. Now I'm allowed to drive it legally on streets. Unfortunately, I only registered it for May to October, so there are only 26 days left this year.

Chris Groeling (Project-KITT.de) fetched his Dashboard from Knight Passions in the Netherlands today. He also brought my Dashboard and my new Gullwing-steeringwheel. I'm going to get both in late autumn.

In addition to the cowl induction hood, I just got the matching rearbumper from a 1984 Trans Am for my Firebird. The condition is quite bad and it also has a lot of holes from the former spoiler, but the price was OK, and I hope a paint shop will do the rest.

In Germany there must not be a red light in front of a car. So we put a black laquered lense in front of the scannerbar.

With some kind of incredible luck, I got my hands on an offer for an original Cowl Induction Hood, which is extremly hard to find here in Germany. Today, I fetched the hood in Dresden. Of course, it still needs some work and a new paint-job, but the price was incredibly low.

Today, I registered my new licence plate. Unfortunately, there is no way to get a name on a licence plate in Germany, since we have the city (EF for Erfurt) and 1 or 2 letters and 1, 2 or 3 numbers here. So I registered EF-KI 77, which looks a little like "KITT". Additionally, I got my new stealth protection alarm system for the car, which also has a remote control for the locking system.
