Over the last two days, we connected the lower console in the car. Now, the scanner can be controlled via the lower console, which also shows the scanner's function. After that, we finally connected the second battery in the trunk and connected the scanner to the emergency break. Now it can not be activated while driving - the only legal way in Germany.

On the last two Saturdays, we re-installed the car stereo, connected the lower console to the scanner's control unit, did some electrical work and finished the button-dummies for the overhead console.

Today, I got my car back from the paint shop. They installed the body side moldings and polished the car again.

Today, I got my car back from the garage, where it got a new clutch. Additionally, the rear oil leaks at the cardan shaft seal ring and the right side differential have been removed.

Today I got my headliner and sail panels back from the saddler, who gave them new tan-like cloth.

Today we had to do some repairs: new sparking plugs, new ignition cables, exchange of 5 defect rear lights. Then we had to make a new scanner blackout because the old one had been damaged. Additionally, we secured the two new car batteries and installed the rear roller blind.

Today, I built the tan interior into my car. Some parts are still missing, because my headliner and sail panels are still at the saddler's house. Additionally, I built the lower console into the car. Yet, there are no functions. The buttons will be connected later.

Today, I got my car back from the paint shop. It looks fantastic.

The car is back in black. All parts have been painted. Now the car has to be resambled again to get its "finish".

Over the last days the filled areas have been sanded and primed.

Over the last 2 days the car has been primed. Additionally, they closed the holes in the fenders and filled the dents broadly.

Today, I finally got my new floor mats (with a delay of almost 3 months). It's a special edition with beige borders and without the Firebird-logo, which normally is on those mats.

Now the paint shop also stripped the hood and fitted the front to the fenders.
